Troubleshooting:
1. ON/OFF indicator not light up.
Please Check the power.
2. No image/Blue Screen with word 'No signal'.
a. Ensure the monitor is powered and turn on.
b.Check if connection between video input device and monitor is OK.
c.Select correct signal input mode by remote control or buttons on monitor. It should match signal connection type. If you use HDMI cable to link video input device and monitor, then select 'HDMI'as input signal mode.
3. Remote does not work with display.
Please remove the battery saver, or try buttons on the monitor.
Note:
Since this monitor has to work with video input device, to judge if the defective is caused by user's video input device or the monitor, it is better to replace cables, video input device, other monitor to check.
